Utilising the latest CNC hole-cut technology and industry-specific forming machinery, our stock range in both Imperial and metric sizes allows us to offer exceptional quality components manufactured/fabricated to your specification. This service is available for a one-off prototype through to bulk production that can be supplied on a Kanban system and in kit form Just in time for customer assembly programmes.

Our processing equipment:

• 2 x automatic hole punch machines with 6 and 10-tool carousels
• 2 x Euromac 500 Digibend
• 1 x Euromac 400 Digibend
• 1 x PEM insert machine
• 1 x electric oven for sleeving / Insulation requirements
• 3 x drilling station
• 4 x CNC bandsaws
• 2 x CNC circular saws
• 1 x CNC vertical milling centre
• 4 x linishing stations

Automatic punching capacity

• 12mm up to 200mm wide
• 2.4mm up to 15mm thickness

Inserts

We have a wide range of self-clinch inserts and can supply components with either clinch nuts or clinch studs BZP. Kitting and insulation application is also available.

We can manufacture earthing bar to match any pre-assembled configuration.
